You’re Not Alone — Help & Hope Start Here.
Community-led support for those affected by suicide bereavement in South Wales.
#RAMS
Raising Awareness of mental health & Suicide.
How It All Began
In October 2015, our son Jacob—just 24 and full of promise—died by suicide. His passing devastated our family and community, challenging the misconception that mental illness is only visible.
We founded the Jacob Abraham Foundation in his memory to break stigma, spark open conversations about mental health, and make sure no young person feels alone or sees suicide as their only option.
Our Mission
We aim to help prevent suicide through direct intervention with vulnerable people, raise awareness on mental health/suicide issues, promote positive mental health and support people bereaved through suicide in South Wales.
