I have gained experiences through working for a number of projects within the third sector. I have also previously been involved in creating a Child and Family Bereavement Service.

 

I aim to bring a new approach through Dramatherapy to the service and have completed research into vulnerable masculinity as well as presenting at a conference around the theme of grieving creatively.

I am involved in the Dramatherapy Cymru Committee, have previously been the Welsh rep for BADTH and co-host a podcast: Captain and Cook Pod.

​

When not in work, I enjoy keeping fit, coaching a local rugby team, walking and spending time with family and friends.
